We Did NOT Post Any Job Openings Anywhere

We have become aware of fraudulent job postings using our company name, address, and phone number. We did not create or authorize any of them.

We are not hiring. Not for these roles, not for any roles. If we ever do post an opening, it will appear on this website first. If you did not see it here, it is not ours.

We never ask applicants for money, bank details, gift cards, or equipment purchases. Not ever. If anyone asks you for these things during a hiring process, walk away.

If you applied or interviewed for one of these postings

The people running this scheme have been conducting automated interviews and then leaving applicants with a meeting link that does not work. If you went through that process, the interview may have been collecting your personal information.

Check what you gave them. If you provided any of the following, please take action now:

  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license or photo ID
  • Bank account or routing numbers, including for “direct deposit setup”
  • A completed W-4 or I-9

What to do:

  1. Freeze your credit with all three bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. It is free, takes about fifteen minutes, and it is the single most effective step you can take.
  2. Visit IdentityTheft.gov for a personalized recovery plan.
  3. File your own report at IC3.gov, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. Your report matters more than ours does, because it documents what happened to you directly.

If you sent money, file at IC3.gov and contact your bank or payment provider immediately. The sooner a transfer is reported, the better the chance of a recall.

We are reporting this activity to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Please be aware of a follow-up scam. The FBI will never call you about this matter. No one can recover your funds for a fee. If someone contacts you claiming to be from the FBI, IC3, a law firm, or a recovery service regarding this, it is another scam.

Where the fake postings have appeared

We have found fraudulent listings using our name on ZipRecruiter, beBee, JobLeads, and Homebase, under job titles including Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Editor, Product Manager, Live Chat Support, and Data Analytic Manager. We are requesting removal from each platform. There may be others we have not found.
